TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

1. General Information

• All clients/students must provide accurate personal details before availing services or enrolling in classes.
• The management reserves the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behavior or medical concerns.

2. Cosmetology Treatments

2.1 Consultation & Consent

• A prior consultation is mandatory before any treatment.
• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or ongoing medications.
• The center will not be responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions.

2.2 Results & Expectations

• Results may vary depending on individual skin/hair type.
• No guarantee is provided for permanent or identical results.

2.3 Hygiene & Safety

• All tools and equipment are sanitized as per industry standards.
• Clients must follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions strictly.

2.4 Payments & Refund Policy

• All services must be paid in advance or immediately after the session.
• No refunds will be provided once the treatment has started or completed.
• Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2.5 Appointments & Cancellation

• Appointments must be booked in advance.
• Cancellation or rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours prior.
• Late arrivals may lead to reduced service time or cancellation.

3. Permanent Makeup (PMU), Advanced Treatments

• Patch tests are compulsory before procedures.
• Results may fade over time and may require touch-ups (additional charges may apply).
• The client understands the semi-permanent nature of the treatment.

4. Soap Making Classes

4.1 Enrollment

• Full or partial payment is required to confirm registration.
• Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.2 Materials & Kits

• All necessary materials will be provided unless stated otherwise.
• Students are responsible for handling tools and materials safely.

4.3 Attendance

• Regular attendance is mandatory to complete the course.
• Missed sessions will not always be repeated.

4.4 Certification

• Certificates will be provided only upon successful completion of the course.

4.5 Refund Policy

• Course fees are non-refundable once the class has commenced.

5. Liability

• The center is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• Clients/students participate at their own risk.

6. Photography & Marketing

• Photos/videos may be taken during treatments or classes for promotional purposes.
• Consent will be assumed unless the client/student opts out in writing.

7. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior towards staff and other clients/students is mandatory.
• Any misconduct may lead to termination of service or course without refund.

8. Agreement

I hereby confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
